RESOLUTION NO. 93-57 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING THE FEDERAL FUNCTIONAL CLASSIFICA- <br />TION OF ROADWAYS LOCATED WITHIN INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY .AND OUTSIDE OF THE METROPOLITAN (PL) <br />BOUNDARY. OF THE VERO BEACH (INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY) METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION. <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Highway Administration requires that all <br />roads in the State of Florida be classified according to their <br />function; and <br />WHEREAS, the staff of the Vero Beach/Indian River County <br />Metropolitan Planning Organization (hereafter known as the MPO) and <br />the staffs of local governments within the County have worked with <br />the Florida Department of Transportation District 4 Office in Fort <br />Lauderdale (hereafter known as FDOT) to develop the required <br />functional classification designations; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed federal functional classification for <br />all roadways in Indian River County is depicted in Attachment A; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the MPO Technical Advisory Committee has reviewed the <br />proposed functional classifications of all roadways in the County <br />and recommended that the functional classifications be approved; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS*APPROVES ATTACHMENT A WHICH IDENTIFIES THE FUNCTIONAL <br />CLASSIFICATION OF ROADWAYS WITHIN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, INCLUDING <br />THOSE ROADS LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE METROPOLITAN (PL) BOUNDARY OF <br />THE VERO BEACH (INDIAN RIVER COUNTY) MPO. <br />w <br />RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Eggert , and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Tiwin , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />39 <br />MAR m 91993 Boa Far 104' { <br />� I <br />
