LUCIE COUNTY <br />The Clerk's office provides 1 nonexempt employee whose duty is to <br />take minutes of BCC meetings, record .*same, and provide an <br />historical library of these materials. <br />The County Commissioners each have 1 exempt employee working as an <br />Executive Assistant whose duties range from performing all clerical <br />work, public contact, major project follow up both inside the <br />administration and outside, and serving however the Commissioner to <br />whom they are assigned believe is appropriate. <br />Their process is such that very little support staff time is <br />required for the agenda preparation. Aside from a review and <br />approval of potential agenda items by the County Administrator, his <br />secretary prepares the cover list and distributes the agenda sets. <br />84 <br />Nm.. 88 F•D,r. 1O Q <br />
