ORDINANCE 93-_11 <br />SECTION 35: <br />SEVERABILITY <br />If any section, part <br />of this ordinance is for <br />inoperative or void, such <br />portions hereof and it <br />legislative intent to <br />unconstitutional, invalid <br />SECTION 36: <br />of a sentence, paragraph, phrase or word <br />any reason held to be unconstitutional, <br />holdings shall not affect the remaining <br />shall be construed to have been the <br />pass this ordinance without such <br />or inoperative part. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective upon <br />receipt from the Florida Secretary of State of official <br />acknowledgement that this ordinance has been filed with the <br />Department of State of the State of Florida. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida on this 1Rth day of March <br />1993. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press -Journal on <br />the 23 day of February , 1993, and on the 11 day of <br />March , 1993, for public hearings to be held on the 2 <br />day of March , 1993, and on the 18 day of <br />March , 1993 at which time at the final hearing it was <br />moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert , seconded <br />by Commissioner Adams , and adopted by the <br />following vote; <br />Chairman Richard N.
