Davis, P.E. <br />Public Works Directo w� <br />SUBJECT: Requests for County Grading of Unpaved Roads <br />DATE: March 16, 1993 FILE: <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Requests have been transmitted to the County Public Works <br />Department for the County to initiate grading of the following <br />unpaved dedicated right-of-ways: <br />1) Tropical Avenue (47th Ave) south of 84th St - <br />Length - 0.1 mile <br />Requester - Mr. & Mrs. Charles Wintermute <br />2) 98th Avenue between 87th Street and 89th Street - <br />Length .25 mile <br />Requester - Mr. Bowling <br />3) 21st St. East of 53rd Avenue - <br />Length .03 mile (150 feet) - <br />Requester— Mr. Albert Wallis <br />4) 79th Street - 102nd Avenue to 104th Court - <br />Length .4 miles <br />Requester - Mr. & Mrs. Kapp <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />The above road right-of-ways were evaluated using the County's <br />acceptance criteria procedure and the following scores were <br />assigned to each road: <br />72 <br />
