<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
<br />ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS ON LOTS 4 & 5, BLOCK 1
<br />KING'S MUSIC LANDS SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT
<br />BOOK 6, PAGE 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN
<br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below,
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public
<br />purposes,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County,
<br />a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing
<br />address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 329601 Grantor, to
<br />Arthur Jackson, Jr. & Yolanda E. Jackson, his wife, their
<br />successors, in interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing address
<br />is 3420 50th Place, Lot 43, Box 64, Vero Beach, Florida 32960-6208,
<br />Grantee, as follow:
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and
<br />interest that it may have in the following described easements:
<br />the common three (3) foot side lot utility and drainage
<br />easements of Lots 4 & 5, Block 11 King's Music Lands
<br />Subdivision, being the southerly three (3) feet of Lot 4, and
<br />the northerly three (3) feet of Lot 5, according to the plat
<br />thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 17 of the Public
<br />Records of Indian River County, Florida.

<br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner
