APR - 6 1993 BOOK 89 FAGF.253 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 93-13 <br />Assistance Trust Fund will be subject to the requirements of the <br />Indian River County Local Housing Assistance Program and Plan as <br />identified by this Ordinance, and the provisions of Rule 9I-37.007, <br />Florida Administrative Code. <br />C. Expenditures other than for the administration and <br />implementation of the Indian River County Local Housing Assistance <br />Program shall not be made from the Indian River County Local <br />Housing Assistance Trust Fund. Administration expenditures may <br />include, but not be limited to: salaries for persons responsible <br />for the preparation, reporting, and administration for the Indian <br />River County Local Housing Assistance Program; office expenses of <br />persons responsible for conducting the Indian River County Local <br />Housing Assistance Program; production of application and public <br />information materials utilized in conducting the Indian River <br />County Local Housing Assistance Program; travel expenses related to <br />Local Housing Assistance Program activities; and the preparation of <br />studies and collection of data relating to affordable housing needs <br />and demands in the County. <br />D. Amounts on deposit in the Indian River County Local <br />Housing Assistance Trust Fund may be invested as permitted by <br />Federal, State and Local law. All investment earnings shall be <br />retained in the Indian River County Local Housing Assistance Trust <br />Fund and used for the purposes thereof. <br />E. Until utilized for the purposes thereof, monies in the <br />Indian River.County Local Housing Assistance Trust Fund shall be <br />held in trust by the county solely for use pursuant to the Indian <br />River County Local Housing Assistance Program. <br />F. The Indian River County Local Housing Assistance Trust <br />Fund shall be separately stated as a special revenue fund in the <br />county's audited financial statements. Copies of such audited <br />financial statements shall be forwarded to the Florida Housing <br />Finance Agency as soon as available. <br />56 <br />
