ORDINANCE NO. 93-13 <br />(d) One (1) member who is a representative of the Town <br />of Indian River Shores, appointed by the Town of <br />Indian River Shores. <br />(e) One (1) member who is a representative of the Town <br />of Orchid, appointed by the Town of Orchid. <br />(f) Two (2) members who are actively engaged in the <br />banking or mortgage industry. <br />D. The following terms of membership shall apply to members <br />of the Committee: <br />(1) Voting members shall serve for two-year terms and may be <br />reappointed for subsequent terms. <br />(2) Non-voting members shall serve for one-year terms and may <br />be reappointed for subsequent terms. <br />E. Meetings shall be held monthly for the first year of <br />committee existence and quarterly, or more frequently, thereafter. <br />F. The Indian River County Affordable Housing Advisory <br />Committee shall comply with the Government in the Sunshine Law, the <br />public records law, and the special provisions regarding notice of <br />Affordable Housing Incentive Plan considerations found in Chapter <br />420.9076, Florida Statutes. Minutes of all meetings shall be kept <br />by the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners. <br />G. The Indian River County Affordable Housing Advisory <br />Committee shall annually elect a Vice -Chairperson, and such other <br />offices as it deems necessary. In the absence of the Chairperson, <br />the Vice -Chairperson is charged with the duty of conducting <br />meetings in a manner consistent with law. <br />H. Staff, administrative and facility support for the Indian <br />River County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee shall be <br />provided by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />I.
