WHEREAS, a national commitment to violence reduction and <br />victim assistance will help bring criminals, to justice, and <br />justice to victims: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED By THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COMM, FLORIDA that the week of <br />April 25 to May 1, 1993 be designated as <br />CRIME VICT3MS' RIGHTS WEEK <br />in Indian River County.
