CUMMINGS, INC. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />A Change Order to the Courthouse Project was necessitated due to the <br />following: <br />Item #1: Contract Pre -Award Clarification Items <br />1. Concrete Turnout at City Parking Lot <br />(Required by City of Vero Beach) $ 947.00 <br />2. Delete wire mesh reinforcing in sidewalk <br />within City Right -Of -Way (240.00) <br />3. Miscellaneous Electrical Items 21045.70 <br />Overhead and Bond 152.09 <br />SUBTOTAL $ 21904.79 <br />Item #2: <br />1. Changes in Doors and Mechanical as <br />required by Fire Marshall $ 7,085.87 <br />2. Add Handicap Water Cooler 747.25 <br />SUBTOTAL $ 7,833.12 <br />Item #3: <br />1.
