Staff recommends, however, that $70,000 <br />be allocated at this time to cover the existing shortfall of <br />$69,856.39, and if additional funds are needed for unforeseen <br />costs, staff will evaluate a future request for funding. Funding <br />to be from Dist. 5 Traffic Impact Fee Fund 101-155 in the amount of <br />$70,000. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously <br />authorized the allocation of $70,000 from the <br />District 5 Traffic Impact fee Fund, as set forth in <br />stafffs recommendation. <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY PURCHASE - 45TH STREET - KENNEDY GROVES PARCELS <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated April 28, 1993: <br />TO: <br />James E.
