UW -93 -08 -DS <br />BACKGROUND <br />A petition has been received for a water main extension for 54th <br />Avenue (south of 12th Street) to supply potable water to its <br />residents. We are now coming to the Board of County Commissioners <br />to seek approval to begin design of the above-mentioned project. <br />(See attached petition and plat map.) <br />ANALYSIS <br />The subdivision contains 16 lots. The 11 property owners signing <br />the petition represent 69% of the properties to be served. All of <br />the lots in this project are one-half acre or slightly more.
