This is based upon <br />the level of service standard of 250 gallons/ERU/day. County water <br />lines do not currently extend to the site. However, the applicant <br />has entered into a developer's agreement with the county which <br />states that the developer agrees to connect to the county water <br />system at the time of development. When the subject property <br />connects to county water lines, it will be serviced by the North <br />County Water Plant. The proposed plant will have a capacity of <br />2,000,000 gallons/day and will .be able to accommodate the <br />additional demand generated by the proposed amendment. <br />- Wastewater <br />A retail commercial use of 3,100 square feet on the subject <br />Property will have a wastewater generation rate of approximately <br />0.93 Equivalent Residential Units (ERU), or 232 gallons/day. This <br />is based upon the level of service standard of 250 gallons /ERU/day. <br />County wastewater lines do not currently extend to the site. <br />However, the applicant has entered into a developer's agreement. <br />with the -county which states that the developer agrees to connect <br />to the county wastewater system at the time of development.
