Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATEt May 24, 1993 <br />RE: CHANGE IN INDUSTRIALMEVELOPMENT BOND BANK <br />TRUSTEE FROM FIRST FLORIDA BANK To BARNETT BANK <br />In approximately November, 1989 the County participated in issuing <br />Industrial Revenue Bonds for Profold Corporation with First Florida Bank <br />as Trustee. Barnett Bank of Tampa is the successor -trustee to First <br />Florida Bank, and we have, therefore, been requested by the officials of <br />Barnett Bank to execute an acknowledgment of this change in trustees. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: Request permission for the Chairman of the County <br />Commission to execute the Uniform Commercial Code statement of change <br />form acknowledging the new trustee. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously authorized <br />the Chairman to execute the Uniform Commercial Code <br />statement of change form acknowledging the new <br />trustee, as recommended by the County Attorney. <br />STATEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />REQUEST BY FRANK ZORC TO PRESENT PETITIONS IN SUPPORT OF THE DISNEY <br />VACATION CLUB RESORT <br />The Board reviewed the following letter dated 5/24/93: <br />May 24, 1993 <br />TO: The Indian River County Commission "WE SUPPORT DISNEY' <br />1840 25th.
