F JUN - 8 1993 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Boa 89 Pira 763 <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve Mr. <br />Hiers I request for a one year extension of the conditional site <br />plan approval, with all original site plan approval conditions to <br />remain in effect. The now site plan approval expiration date will <br />be May 28, 1994. '- <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved <br />Bobby Hiers' request for a one-year extension to May <br />28, 1994, of the conditional site plan approval, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />I. Unemployment Compensation Budget Amendment 018 <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated May 28, 1993: <br />TO: Members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />DATE: May 28, 1993 <br />SUBJECr.- UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION <br />BUDGET AMENDMENT 018 - CONSENT AGENDA <br />FROM: Joseph A. Baird�q <br />OMB Director ' <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The State of Florida, Department of Labor, has charged Indian River County for <br />Unemployment Compensation payments to former employees. A -budget amendment is <br />required to reflect these payments. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve budget amendment 018 <br />to refund Unemployment Compensation payments, funding to come from contingencies. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved <br />Budget Amendment 018: <br />10 <br />
