The attached unit for the Administrative Policy Manual <br />entitled "DRUGS, NARCOTICS, AND ALCOHOL" insures compliance with th1E <br />current Federal Drug -Free Workplace Act. <br />As you know, Indian River County has historically assisted employees witt. <br />problems related to the use of alcohol and other drugs.
