Finney, SRA ac�-qr. <br />County Right of Way Agent <br />SUBJECT: Purchase Authorization <br />CR 510 and SR AlA Right -of -Way Acquisition <br />Bruce L. Stamile Parcel <br />DATE: June 9, 1993 <br />L�0�402�,�y <br />Indian River County is planning to widen CR 510 and install signalization <br />at the intersection of CR 510 and SR AlA. The additional right -of -way <br />needed to accomplish this project consists of the acquisition of ten (10) <br />parcels. This parcel is the last to acquire to complete the right-of-way <br />acquisition for this project. Mr. Stamile has agreed to sell at the <br />$12,000 appraised value and has executed the Contract For Sale and <br />Purchase which includes an Addendum. The Contract and Addendum has been <br />reviewed by the County Attorney with no objections. There are no Realtor <br />or Attorney fees. <br />R - ------ATIMqS AND FUNDIM <br />Staff requests the Board accept the $12,000 contract and direct the <br />Chairman to execute the contract,, in triplicate, on the Board's behalf. <br />Funding is available in Account #101-151-541-067.11. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Chairman Bird being absent) approved the contract <br />with Bruce A.
