This relieves the County of worrying about whether Transamerican Environmental, Inc., (TEI) is charging too much for the cleanup. If the County decides to cancel the agreement with CAFC, it will not affect our contract with TEI for the cleanup. UN -92 -18 -DS WORK AUTHORIZATION NO. 12 BACKGROUND: on August 6, 1991, the Board of County Commissioners approved the award of the labor contract bid to Driveways, Inc., Bid No. 91-113 (see attached minutes). The Department of Utility Services proposes to use this labor contract to replace the distribution system within the above subject area.
