Capacities f or all roadway segments in Indian River County are <br />calculated and updated annually, utilizing the latest and best <br />available peak season traf f ic characteristics and applying Appendix <br />Q methodology as set forth in the Florida Department of <br />Transportation Level of Service Manual. Available capacity is the <br />total capacity less existing and committed traf f ic volumes; this is <br />updated daily based upon vesting associated with project approvals. <br />Since the subject property consists of five tracts located <br />throughout the County,, the traf f ic impacts associated with the <br />proposed amendment will also be spread throughout the county, not <br />concentrated in one area. Therefore, there is sufficient <br />capacity in the county transportation system to accommodate the <br />projected traffic associated with the request. <br />The table below identifies each of the impacted roadway segments <br />associated with this proposed land use designation.
