Airport Zoning Ordinance Regulations: <br />The proposed 280' tower would extend into one of the county's <br />"height notification zones." Pursuant to the county's airport <br />zoning ordinance regulations, the applicant has been notified <br />that it must file a notice of proposed construction form with <br />the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration), obtain the FAA's <br />determination and comments on the proposed tower, and obtain <br />from county staff either an "airport construction permit" or <br />an "airport obstruction variance". At this time, the <br />applicant has documented to staff that the appropriate <br />notification form, along with an obstruction evaluation, has <br />been filed with the FAA. The applicant has acknowledged that, <br />upon receipt of the FAA's determination, he will apply for a <br />county "airport construction permit". <br />Pursuant to county LDRs [911.17(4)(a)j, the project site plan <br />cannot be released until an "airport construction permit" is <br />issued by county staff. <br />5. Building Area: 312 sq. ft. <br />6. Open Space: Required: 80.08 <br />Provided: 97.48 <br />7. Traffic Circulation: The site access and on-site facilities <br />have been approved by the county traffic engineer. <br />S. Off -Street Parking: Required: 2 spaces <br />Provided: 2 spaces <br />Note: county off-street parking regulations for towers <br />require two (2) parking spaces. The spaces may be fully <br />sodded or otherwise stabilized as approved by the Public Works <br />Director. The stabilized parking spaces provided for the <br />subject site have been approved by the Public Works Director. <br />9. Landscape Plan: The landscape plan is in compliance with <br />Chapter 926 of the land development regulations. Landscaping <br />requirements pursuant to the specific land use criteria of <br />section 971.44(2) have also been satisfied by the site plan <br />application. <br />10. Stormwater Management: The Stormwater Management Plan has <br />been approved by the Public Works Department. <br />11. Utilities: The proposed site is outside of the utilities <br />service area. Given the type of use, no water or wastewater <br />services are required. Therefore, county utilities has no <br />objection to site plan and special exception use approval. <br />12. Health & Rehabilitative Services (HRS): The HRS Environmental <br />Health Unit acknowledges that the site will not require a <br />potable water supply nor a sanitary facility, and have no <br />objections to site plan and special exception use approval. <br />31 <br />BOOK 90 FADE 67 <br />
