r- "JUL 27 1993 <br />Time and Place (Second Reso.) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93- 12 6 <br />BOOK 90 F}AGF 8 <br />7/16/93(legal)Vk/DC <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH THE OWNERS OF <br />PROPERTIES LOCATED GENERALLY IN THE AREA OF RAINTREE <br />CORNER SUBDIVISION (54TH AVENUE SOUTH OF 12TH <br />STREET) AND OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS, MAY APPEAR <br />BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE <br />HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY AND ADVISABILITY OF <br />CONSTRUCTING A WATER MAIN, AS TO THE COST THEREOF, <br />AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT THEREFOR, AND AS TO THE <br />AMOUNT THEREOF TO BE SPECIALLY ASSESSED AGAINST EACH <br />PROPERTY BENEFITED THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />has, by Resolution No. 93-j2_5_, determined that it is necessary for the <br />public welfare of the citizens of the county, and particularly as to <br />those living, working, and owning property within the area described <br />hereafter, that a waterline be installed to serve 16 properties <br />hereinafter described; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the cost to be specially <br />assessed with respect thereto shall be $0.09864980467 per square foot; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused an assessment <br />roll to be completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 206.06, Indian River County Code, requires that <br />the Board of County Commissioners shall fix a time and place at which <br />the owners of- the properties to be assessed or any other persons <br />interested therein may appear before the Board of County Commissioners <br />and be heard as to the propriety and advisability of constructing such <br />water main extension, as to the cost thereof, as to the manner of <br />payment therefor, and as to the amount thereof to be assessed against <br />each property benefited thereby, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1.
