County Tax Deed Applications <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 7/22/93: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />*La., 2. <br />FROM: Lea R. Keller, CLA, County Attorney's Office <br />THRU: Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: July 22, 1993 <br />RE: COUNTY TAX DEED APPLICATIONS <br />Indian River County Tax Collector, Mr. Karl Zimmermann, has notified this <br />office that there are 75 tax certificates held by the County which are eligible <br />for tax deed applications this year; therefore, it is necessary for the Board <br />to sign the attached applications and then return them to the Tax Collector <br />along with $5,625 ($75 per parcel/20-year title search fee). <br />REQUESTED ACTION: Staff recommends that the Board authorize the <br />payment of the above funds to the Tax Collector and the Chairman's signing <br />the attached tax deed applications on behalf of the County. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Macht being absent) authorized the <br />payment of funds to the Tax Collector, as set out in <br />the above staff recommendation. <br />TAX DEED APPLICATIONS WERE SEAT TO THE TAX COLLECTOR'S OFFICE <br />I <br />AUG - 31993 BOOK 90 Pv'F111 <br />
