Davis, P.E. <br />Public Works Director <br />FROM: Robert Zaitooni, P.E. <br />County Traffic Engine <br />SUBJECT: 4th Street Widening Project <br />From US 1 to Old Dixie Highway <br />DATE: July 30, 1993 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Indian River County solicited proposals from Professional Engineering <br />Consultants to provide design services for the right -of -wap acquisition <br />and roadway widening of 4th Street from US.1 to Old Dixie Highway. <br />The Selection Committee consisted of Robert B. Zaitooni, County Traffic <br />Engineer, Terry Thompson, Capital Projects Manager and Michelle Gentile, <br />Civil Engineer. The Committee reviewed submittals, short-listed four <br />firms, and interviewed the short-listed firms. The resultant ranking of <br />firms by the Selection Committee is as follows: <br />1. Reith and Schnars <br />2. H.F. Lenz Company <br />3. L. Robert Kimball and Associates _ <br />4.
