K. Resolution of Formal Acceptance of Utility Easements - Raintree <br />Corner Subdivision (54th Ave.) <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 8/6/93: <br />DATE: AUGUST 6, 1993 <br />TO: JAMES E. CHANDLER <br />COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR <br />FROM: TERRANCE G. PINTO <br />DIRECTOR OF UTI VICES <br />PREPARED JAMES D. CHAST <br />AND STAFFED MANAGER OF AS PROJECTS <br />BY: DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: A RESOLUTION OF FORMAL ACCEPTANCE OF UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS - RAINTREE CORNER SUBDIVISION (54TH AVENUE) <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROJECT NO. UW -93 -08 -DS <br />On July 27, 1993, the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners approved Resolution I (93-125) and Resolution II <br />(93-126), which contained the preliminary assessment roll and set <br />the date of the public hearing for the above -referenced subdivision. <br />ANALYSIS <br />In connection with installing water lines by the Department of <br />Utility Services for Raintree Corner Subdivision (54th Avenue, south <br />of 12th Street), itis necessary that the County formally accept the <br />utility easements in accordance with the subdivision plat <br />dedication certification condition. <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners approve and authorize the chairman to sign the <br />attached resolution accepting the necessary utility easements. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 93-143, formally accepting maintenance of <br />easements for utility purposes in Raintree Corner <br />Subdivision. <br />19 <br />BOOK f X911 <br />AUG 17 1993 J <br />
