BARTON <br />JLERK CIRCUIT COURT <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93- 144 INDIAN RIVER CO., FLA <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING <br />THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH A WATER MAIN <br />EXTENSION TO RAINTREE CORNER SUBDIVISION (54TH AVENUE), <br />AND PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIENS TO BE MADE OF <br />RECORD, <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />has, by Resolution No. 93-125, adcpted July 27, 1993, determined to make <br />special assessments against certain properties to be serviced by a water <br />main extension of the County to Raintree Corner Subdivision (54th <br />Avenue); and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said special <br />assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are to be <br />Indian River County Code; and <br />40 <br />es <br />paid; and <br />O <br />] <br />o <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published in the Press Journal, as <br />t <br />c. <br />ii <br />0 q <br />C� <br />required by Section 206.04, Indian River County Code; and <br />b <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />C/ <br />passed Resolution No. 93-126, on July 27, 1993, which set a time and <br />place for a public hearing at which the owners of the properties to be <br />assessed and other interested persons would have the chance to be heard <br />as to any and all complaints as to said project and said special <br />assessments,. and for the Board to act as required by Section 206.07, <br />Indian River County Code; and <br />40 <br />
