FF --AUG 171993 <br />8001( 0 f'Ai;E <br />Chuck Sieck, the County's bond counsel, explained that the <br />first resolution authorizes the issuance of these bonds and the <br />retirement of the outstanding recreational bonds. The second <br />resolution specifies certain terms and provisions for the <br />$9,875,000 aggregate principal amount and accepts and authorizes <br />the execution and delivery of a bond purchase agreement for the <br />award to William. R. Hough & Co, along with other details of the <br />issue. <br />Chairman Bird again commended the finance team on the savings <br />attained through the refinancing of the bonds. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 93-145, authorizing the retirement of <br />certain outstanding recreational revenue bonds of <br />the county, etc. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 93-146, specifying certain terms and <br />provisions for the $9,875,000 aggregate principal <br />amount of Recreational Revenue Refunding Bonds, <br />Series 1993; accepting and authorizing the execution <br />and delivery of a bond purchase agreement for the <br />award and sale of the bonds, etc. <br />RESOLUTIONS 93-145 AND 93-146 ARE ON FILE IN THEIR ENTIRETY IN <br />THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />e <br />44 <br />
