On Motion of Commissioner Feazel, it was ordered that Mrs. John Yates be stricken <br />from the Mothers Pension list, after April lst 1933. <br />..:. W, _. �.._.a <br />On motion made, seconded and carried, it was ordered that request to the Florida <br />East Coast Railway Company to construct crossing on road West from McCall filing <br />station through Spruce Park Subdivision at Mile Post 225 plus 1723 feet be rescinded <br />until the further order of this Board. <br />Moved, seconded and carried that advertisement be prepared for passage of a local <br />law permitting payment of delinquent taxes, and current bond service taxes in bonds <br />and coupons of the County or those which the County has assumed and agreed to pay. <br />It was moved, seconded and carried that insurance on County property remain the <br />same as heretofore and that the policies received and bills therefor be accepted and <br />approved. <br />On motion of Commissioner Feazel it was ordered that Mrs Jessie Yates allowance <br />{ pauper be reduced from $15.00 to $10.00 per month. That Wm. Yates b1lowance as pauper <br />be reduced from $10.00 to $6.00 per month.. That Mrs. Sva Helen Votjik be stricken fr.a <br />the mothers Pension fund effective after April lot 1933. <br />Commissioner Feazel's resolution heretofore introduced them came up for discuss <br />and some failed to pass for want of a second. The Board then proceeded to take up <br />individual item in connection with the resolution with the following results: <br />It was moved, seconded and carried that all Bridge Tenders salaries be set at the <br />own of $60.00 per month. Those voting for the motion being Commissioners Yoague; <br />Knight; Helseth and Hamilton. No. Com'r. Feazel. <br />It was ordered that the salary of the Road Superintendent; County Attorney and <br />Judge Juvenile Court and Clerk to this'Board remain the some. <br />It was unanimously ordered that the salary of the Janitor be set at $20.00 per <br />month. <br />It was moved, seconded and carried that the salary of the Supervisor of Registra- <br />tion be set at $20.00 per month. Those voting for the motion being Commissioners <br />Knight and Yongue; Ho- Commissioners Helseth and Hamilton. <br />It was moved, seconded and carried that the salaries of the members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners be reduced from $200.00 per year to. $160.00 per year. Those <br />voting for the motion being Commissioners Yongue; Feazel; Knight and Helseth. No. <br />Com'r. Hamilton. <br />It was ordered that Certificates 508 sale of 1928 and Certificates 294 and 298, <br />sale of 1927 be redeemed upon the payment of the face amount of the taxes with intere <br />on same waived. <br />It me ordered that the Vere Beach Press -Journal be designated as the newspaper i <br />which the delinquent tax list shall be published for delinquent 1932 taxes. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were exami <br />and found correct, were approved, and warrants ordered issued in settlement of same, <br />Such 'sills and accounts being on file In the office of the Clerk Circuit Court. The <br />warrants issued in settlement of such accounts being mm listed completely in the County <br />Finance Record as provided by law, reference to such record and the list, so recorded <br />being made a part of these minutes as fully and completely as if the same were set out <br />herein in detail. <br />The County Depository filed its monthly report of receipts and disbureements,whi <br />having been audited was found to be correct. <br />There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried the Board <br />then adja ed. <br />I Li <br />ATTEST' ..
