The committee shall be charged specifically with the duty <br />(a) inventory current child welfare services available in <br />Indian River County, <br />(b) conduct a needs assessment for services required for <br />children in Indian River County, and <br />(c) submit recommendations to the Board of County <br />Commissioners based on the information derived under <br />subparagraphs (a) and (b) of this paragraph. <br />4. The <br />provision of <br />Title 1, <br />Chapter 102 <br />of <br />the <br />Code of <br />Ordinances of <br />Indian River <br />County <br />shall apply <br />to <br />this <br />advisory <br />committee. <br />The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner <br />E g g e r t and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />T i p p i n , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Richard N.
