<br />SECTION 5G: Section 971.12(4) of the Regulations for Specific Land
<br />Use Criteria Chapter of the Land Development Regulations is hereby
<br />amended as follows:
<br />4 Self-service storage facilities
<br />(special exception).
<br />SECTION 5H: Section 971.14(4)(a) of the Regulations for Specific
<br />Land Use Criteria Chapter of the Land Development Regulations is
<br />hereby amended as follows:
<br />(4) Educational centers including schools, primary and secondary.
<br />(not including business and vocational schools) (special
<br />exception).
<br />.(a) Districts requiring administrative permit approval (pursuant
<br />to the provisions of 971.04): OCR, NED, CN, CL, CG
<br />JLbJ Districts requiring special exception (pursuant to the
<br />provisions of 971.05): A-1, A-2, A-3, RFD, RS -1, RS -2, RS -3,
<br />RS -6, RT -6, RM -3, RM -4, RM -6, RM -8, RM -10, ROSE -4,
<br />MM -6, RM -8, Con -1, Con -2, Con -3
<br />Nota: Adjust remaining criteria listing to reflect addition.
<br />SECTION 5I: Section 971.14(7)(a) of the Regulations for Specific
<br />Land Use Criteria Chapter of the Land Development Regulations is
<br />hereby amended as follows:
<br />(7) College/university (special exception).

<br />Use Criteria Chapter of the Land Development Regulations is hereby
<br />amended as follows:
<br />(1) Fruit and vegetable juice extraction and packing houses
<br />(administrative permit and special exception).
