BOOK 90 FAGF 460 <br />ORDINANCE 93-2 <br />2. Sidewalk Segment(s) along Local Roadways <br />a. Exemptions. <br />A. It is anticipated that the uses(s) (non- <br />residential projects only) will not <br />attract or generate significant <br />pedestrian traffic; <br />B. A nearby existing or planned sidewalk <br />will adeguately serve anticipated <br />Pedestrian traffic attracted or generated <br />by the corresponding subdivision proiect; <br />C. The anticipated use(s) (non-residential <br />ro ect only) or vehicular traffic <br />characteristics of the subdivision are <br />incompatible with pedestrian traffic; <br />D. The location of the subdivision or <br />existing street conditions are such that <br />it is anticipated that sidewalks could <br />not be effectively intearated into an <br />existing or planned sidewalk system; <br />E.
