Aggregate Millage Rate
<br />OMB Director Joe Baird announced the following:
<br />AGGPMATE MILLAGE
<br />PROPOSED BUDGET AS OF SEPTEMBER 15, 1993
<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by
<br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved
<br />an aggregate millage rate of 6.6770 for fiscal year
<br />1993-94.
<br />Solid Waste Disposal District
<br />OMB Director Joe Baird read aloud the entire proposed
<br />resolution establishing the assessment rate of $35.32 per waste
<br />generation unit.
<br />Chairman Bird asked if anyone wished to be heard in this
<br />matter. There were none.
<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by
<br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously adopted
<br />Resolution 93-162, establishing an assessment rate
<br />for the Solid Waste Disposal District of $35.32 per
<br />Waste Generation Unit (WGU) for fiscal year 1993-94.

<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
<br />ESTABLISHING THE ASSESSMENT RATE TO BE LEVIED UPON
<br />ALL REAL AND PERSONAL TAXABLE PROPERTY IN INDIAN
<br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR FISCAL YEAR 1993-94 FOR
<br />THE SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT.
<br />WHEREAS, the Budget Officer of Indian River County prepared and
<br />presented to the County Commission a tentative budget for the Solid Waste
<br />Disposal' District of Indian River County, Florida, for the fiscal year
<br />commencing on the first day of October, 1993, and ending on the 30th day
<br />of September, 1994, addressing each of the funds therein as provided by
