ANALYSIS: <br />BOOK 90 PAGE 663 <br />We have negotiated a contract with Masteller & Moler, Inc., for the <br />above-described services (see attached). The proposed negotiated <br />fee for these services is $18,000.00, with a $5,000.00 contingency <br />to be authorized by the Director of Utility Services, if required. <br />The Utilities Department staff feels this is fair compensation for <br />the scope of services as outlined. A detailed scope of services is <br />provided in the attached work authorization.
