1 <br />J <br />1 <br />TUESDAY, APRIL 4 th 1933. <br />F. The Board of County Commissioners in and for Indian River County, Florida, met at <br />the Court House in Fero Beach, at 10:00 o'clock A.M.Tuesday, April 4th 19339 with the <br />following members of the Board present: J.a.P.Hamilton, Chairman; J.DoYongue; W.3, <br />Feazell,�Sr., ^John M. Knight and Edwin A..Heleeth. Also present were Miles 'barrens <br />Clerk and William Frick, Sheriff. <br />The minutes of the -previous meeting was read and approved. <br />It was moved, seconded and carried that the salaries of the Supervisor of Regis- <br />tration and the Janitor of the Court House be set at the sump of $25.00 per month. <br />It was moved, seconded and carried that the salary of the jailor be placed at <br />$6 0.00 per month. <br />Sam_Xensh appeared before the Board regarding check of G.R.Qlmstead, Tax Collector, <br />f or $7.82, representing a refund on taxes paid, which check had not been paid when <br />presented. Mr Mensh was advised it was the opinion of the County Attorney that there <br />was nothing that could be done by this Board in the matter. <br />Mrs. Maude Crosby filed a regular application to receive a mothers pension. It" <br />was ordered no action be taken at this time and Commissioner Knight instructed to <br />make an investigation and report to this Board at its next regular meeting. <br />It was moved, seconded and carried that Barge; Novo double drum hoist and pile <br />driving outfit be purchased from G G Crosby for the sum of $275.00 same to be paid out <br />of Vero and quay Bridge Districts. Such property to be inspected by Commissioners <br />Yo ague and He lseth and Ro ad Supt. Chas Se rsey bef ore f incl payment i s made, and payment <br />too be spade only upon such property be acceptable to the Committee. <br />Tax Collector Troy E. The Bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk Circuit Court. <br />The viarrants so issued from the respective funds being listed completely in the County <br />f mance record as provided by law, reference to such record, and the list so recorded <br />being madee a part of these minutes as fully and completely as if the said warrants <br />were set out herein in detail. <br />The County Depository filed its monthly report of receipts and disbursements of. <br />the various funds, which having been audited were found to be correct. <br />There being no further business on motion made, seconded: and carried the Board <br />then adjourned until the next regular meeting. <br />A T & <br />C 1 e rk. <br />- - - - - - - - - - - - - <br />
