<br />Resolution 93-192, abandoning certain easements in

<br />and 3, Block 17, as recommended by staff.
<br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-192
<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA ABANDONING
<br />CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN TROPICAL VILLAGE ESTATES
<br />SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 2, LOTS 1 & 3,. BLOCK 17, ACCORDING
<br />TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 65
<br />OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below,
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public
<br />purpose,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE RESOLVED by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County,
<br />a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing
<br />address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to
<br />Robert A. Berry, Sr. & Brenda L. Berry, his wife, successors in
<br />interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is Post Office
<br />Box 867, Fell,smere, Florida 32948, Grantee, as follow:
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and
<br />interest that ft may have in the following described easements:
<br />the common three (3) foot side lot utility and drainage
<br />easements of Lots 1 & 3, Block 17, Tropical Village Estates
<br />Subdivision Unit 2, being the southerly three (3) feet of Lot
<br />1, and the northerly three (3) feet of Lot 31 according to the
<br />plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 65, of the
<br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.

<br />THIS RESOLUTION, was moved for adopted by Commissioner
