CHAST <br />AND STAFFED MANAGER OF AS NT PROJECTS <br />BY: DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: SHADY OAKS SUBDIVISION WATER SERVICE <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROJECT NO. UW -92 -19 -DS <br />RESOLUTION IV - FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />BACKGROUND <br />On January 26, 1993, the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners approved Resolution III, No. 93-21 for the preliminary <br />assessment roll on the above -referenced project. Construction of <br />the project has been completed. Customer connections have begun, <br />and we request the Board of County Commissioners' approval of the <br />final assessment roll (see attached minutes and Resolution III). <br />ANALYSIS <br />The preliminary assessment was for a total estimated project cost of <br />$111,700.00, which equated to $0.084649 per square foot of property <br />owned. The final assessment (see attached Resolution IV and the <br />accompanying assessment roll) is in the amount of $104,355.10, which <br />equates to a cost of $0.07908277557 per square foot of property. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the <br />Board of County Commissioners approve the adoption of Resolution IV. <br />
