INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT

<br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
<br />and the
<br />CITY OF VERO BEACH, THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN,
<br />THE CITY OF FELLSMERE, THE TOWN OF INDIAN
<br />RIVER SHORES, TOWN OF ORCHID, AND THE
<br />SCHOOL BOARD OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY.
<br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this _�7 day of

<br />political subdivision of the. State of Florida, the address of which is
<br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, the CITY OF VERO
<br />BEACH, Florida, a municipality incorporated under the laws of Florida,
<br />the address of which is 1053 20th Place, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, the
<br />CITY OF SEBASTIAN, Florida, a municipality incorporated under the
<br />laws of Florida, the address of which is 1225 Main Street, Sebastian,
<br />Florida 32958, the CITY OF FELLSMERE, a municipality incorporated
<br />under the laws of Florida, the address of which is P. O. Box 38,
<br />Fellsmere, Florida 32948, the TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES, a
<br />municipality incorporated under the laws of Florida, the address of
<br />which is 6001 N. A -1-A, Vero Beach, Florida 32963, the TOWN OF
<br />ORCHID, a a municipality incorporated under the laws of Florida, the
<br />address of which is 10 Orchid Island Drive, Vero Beach, Florida 32963,
<br />and the SCHOOL BOARD OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a school district
<br />of Florida, the address of which is 1990 25th Street, Vero Beach,
<br />Florida 32960, (hereafter the "PARTIES") ,
<br />WITNESSETH
<br />WHEREAS, the Florida Interlocal Cooperation Act of 1969, Section
<br />163.02, Florida
<br />Statutes, permits local government
<br />units
<br />to enter into an
<br />agreement with
<br />each other for the establishment
<br />of a
<br />council of local
<br />public officials; and
<br />WHEREAS, it appears that a council of local public officials in
<br />Indian River County, modeled after Section 163.02, F.S. , would serve
<br />the public interest; and
