DEC - � 1943 <br />BOOK 91 FA,UF 184 <br />Chairman Bird opened the Public Hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard on this matter. <br />Joy Aikens, resident of Club Grove Estates, stated that it has <br />been a real pleasure to work with James Chastain on this matter and <br />the residents are very grateful for getting water service. <br />There being no others who wished to be heard, the Chairman <br />closed the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 93-210, confirming the special <br />assessments in connection with a water main <br />extension to Club Grove Estates (35th Court north of <br />5th Street, SW, and providing for special assessment <br />liens to be made of record. <br />Public Hearing (Third Reso.) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93- 21 n <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING <br />THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH A WATER MAIN <br />EXTENSION TO CLUB GROVE ESTATES (35TH COURT NORTH OF STH <br />STREET, SW, AND PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIENS <br />TO BE MADE OF RECORD. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />has, by Resolution No. 93-185, adopted October 26, 1993, determined to <br />make special assessments against certain properties to be serviced by a <br />water main extension of the County to Club Grove Estates (35th Court <br />north of 5th Street, SW); and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said special <br />assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are to be <br />paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published in the Press Journal, as <br />required by Section 206.04, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />passed Resolution No. 93-186, on October 26, 1993, which set a time and <br />place for a public hearing at which the owners of the properties to be <br />assessed and other interested persons would have the chance.to be heard <br />as to any and all complaints as-to.said project and said special <br />assessments, 'and for the Board to act as required by Section 206.07, <br />Indian River County Code; and <br />81 <br />
