r-JAN5 le'919��. r BOOK 91 Ft.GE438 -1 <br />ORDINANCE 94-o_ <br />SECTION 12: SEVERABILITY <br />If any section, part of a sentence, paragraph, phrase or word <br />of this ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, <br />inoperative or void, such holdings shall not affect the remaining <br />portions hereof and it shall be construed to have been the <br />legislative intent to pass this ordinance without such <br />unconstitutional, invalid or inoperative part. <br />SECTION 13: EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective upon <br />receipt from the Florida Secretary of State of official <br />acknowledgement that this ordinance has been filed with the <br />Department of State of the State of Florida. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida on this 5 day of _J.&Auar,. <br />1994. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press -Journal on <br />the 8 day of December , 1993, and on the _30-- day of <br />December , 1993, for public hearings to be held on the 1_ <br />day of ueceMDer , 1993, and on the 5 day of <br />January , 1994 at which time at the final hearing it was <br />moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert , seconded <br />by Commissioner Macht , and adopted by the <br />following vote; <br />Chairman John W.
