Administrator Chandler advised that they will bring back a <br />final recommendation in terms of the scope after the Board makes <br />their appointments. <br />Assistant County Attorney Terry O'Brien advised that in the <br />interim he would meet with Administrator Chandler and OMB Director <br />Joe Baird to discuss whether we can have the committee study just <br />the unincorporated area and have the cities study their own. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 9.4-14, establishing an Occupational <br />License Equity Study Commission. <br />Director Baird stressed that if we are going to move along on <br />this, we will need cooperation from all the cities. He didn't want <br />to make an arbitrary decision until he gets all the records. The <br />reason this is moving so slowly is that we still need information <br />from Sebastian, but they just lost their city manager. <br />The Board agreed that they would be appointing committee <br />members within the next few weeks. <br />RESOLUTION NO. , =# 1L <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING AN OCCUPATIONAL <br />LICENSE EQUITY STUDY COMMISSION. <br />WHEREAS, recently enacted 205.0535, F.
