RESOLUTION NO. 94- 34 <br />5. The newspaper must be available to the public generally for <br />the publication of official or other notices and customarily <br />containing information of a public character or of interest or <br />value to the residents or owners of property in the county <br />where published or of interest or value to the general <br />public; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners after going out <br />for bid determined that it would be in the public interest to select <br />the Press -Journal; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following <br />newspaper shall. be the legal and official advertiser for the time period <br />March 1, 1994 through February 28, 1995: <br />VERO BEACH PRESS JOURNAL <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert , <br />and the motion was seconded. by Commissioner B i r d , and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman John W.
