As stated in <br />the rule, either of two methods may be used to accomplish this <br />task: <br />1) Plans and specifications sealed by a Florida <br />registered engineer or architect in compliance with <br />Section 1205, SBC. 15 <br />FEB 15 1994 6oaK 91 pc <br />
