That is the reason we struck the rate <br />based on 70 percent capacity. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 94-35, amending and setting rates for <br />disposal of sludge and septage. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-_ 3s <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, AMENDING AND SETTING RATES <br />FOR DISPOSAL OF SLUDGE AND SEPTAGE. <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 91-31, the County adopted certain rates, <br />fees, and charges for the Department of Utility Services; and <br />WHEREAS, it is now necessary to amend and set certain rates for the <br />disposal of sludge and septage at the Department's new sludge and septage <br />disposal facility; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />1. The rate to be paid for disposal of sludge and septage by the <br />Department. of Utility Services shall be as shown on attached Exhibit <br />"A. a <br />2.
