UW -92 -25 -DS <br />RESOLUTION IV - FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />BACKGROUND <br />On March 9, 1993, the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners approved Resolution III, No. 93-56, for the <br />preliminary assessment roll on the above -referenced project. <br />Construction of the project has been completed. Customer <br />connections have begun, and we .request the Board of County <br />Commissioners' approval of the final assessment roll. (See attached <br />minutes and Resolution III). <br />ANALYSIS <br />The preliminary assessment was for a total estimated cost of <br />$32,236.00, which equated to ± $0.090496 per square foot of property <br />owned. The final assessment (see attached Resolution IV -and the <br />accompanying assessment roll) is in the amount of $30,116.43; which <br />equates to a cost of $0.08454636564 per square foot of property. <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommend that the <br />Board of County Commissioners approve Resolution IV. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 94-40, certifying "as -built" costs for <br />installation of water service to 34th <br />Avenue/Pinewood Estates, as recommended by staff. <br />35 <br />BOOK 91 FAGF 803 <br />L_FE8 22 04 J <br />
