Resolution Accepting Deed for Right -of -Way <br />The Board reviewed memo from Deputy County Attorney William G. <br />Collins II dated February 18, 1994: <br />TO: The Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: VfO" William G. Collins II - Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: February 18, 1994 <br />SUBJECT: Acceptance of Deed for Right -of -Way <br />David Feldman is processing his subdivision plat application for a project <br />known as Victoria Fakes Subdivision. The project is located west of King's <br />Highway south of 61st Street and north of 59th Street. 61st Street is now a <br />30 -foot right-of-way north of a 30 -foot Indian River Farms Drainage District <br />right-of-way. In order to bring 61st Street up to the minimum local road <br />standard of 60 feet in width, Mr. Feldman has arranged with the property <br />owner to the north of his project to quit -claim an additional 30 feet to the <br />County. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Authorize the Chairman to execute the attached Resolution accepting the <br />quit -claim deed for 61st Street right-of-way. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 94-42 accepting a deed for right-of-way <br />for 61st Street west of Kings Highway, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />4 <br />
