�464A <br />BOOK 91 Far,F 958 <br />It is intended that upon execution of this contract, the Public Works <br />Director or his designee will authorize a written work order as the need <br />arises. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />The request for approval from the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners to execute the traffic control device contract is the <br />proposal before the board at this time. <br />RECOMEMMATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve this <br />request based upon the fact that the Public Works Department has several <br />pending and future traffic signalization projects that can not be <br />performed presently by County staff. <br />Funding will be from individual construction accounts. Various sources <br />of funding (traffic impact fees) will be utilized dependent upon <br />project. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams,, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Macht having left the meeting) approved <br />the contract with American Lighting and <br />Signalization, Inc., to provide construction <br />services for traffic control devices on an as -needed <br />basis, as recommended by staff. <br />CONTRACT IS ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />WATER EXPANSION PLAN PHASE IV - RESOLUTION TO REIMBURSE <br />EXPENDITURES FROM FUTURE TAX EXEMPT BORROWINGS <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated February 24, 1994: <br />DATE: FEBRUARY 24, 1994 <br />TO: JAMES E.
