ASH <br />AND STAFFED ASSISTANT RE TOR OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />BY: <br />SUBJECT: RESOLUTION TO REIMBURSE EXPENDITURES FROM FUTURE TAX <br />EXEMPT BORROWINGS <br />BACKGROUND <br />Attached is a resolution, which is a requirement in order to be able to <br />reimburse for funds expended to construct the water expansion plan - Phase <br />V. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends approval of the <br />attached resolution. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Macht having left the meeting early) <br />adopted Resolution 94-46, establishing the intent of <br />the Board of County Commissioners to reimburse <br />certain expenditures in connection with the Phase V <br />water main extension project from the proceeds of <br />future bond issues, as recommended by staff. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94- 46 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING ITS INTENT TO REIM- <br />BURSE CERTAIN EXPENDITURES IN CONNECTION <br />WITH THE PHASE V WATER MAIN EXTENSION <br />PROJECT FROM THE PROCEEDS OF FUTURE BOND <br />ISSUES, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County, Florida, (the County) expects to make <br />certain expenditures in connection with the Phase V Water Main Extension <br />Project of the County; and <br />W] <br />MAR 81994 800K 91 PAU9 <br />
