r MAR 22 1994 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />BOOK 91 PAGE 1017 <br />We respectfully request the County Commission to authorize its <br />Chairman to execute the Award Agreement for submission to the <br />Department of Community Affairs for this C.S.B.G. grant. <br />This program will bring about improvements in safety and sanita- <br />tion for fourteen (14) homeowners with an average cost of $5,000 per <br />unit. The $6,016 grant plus $2,695 in cash and in-kind contributions <br />by the Housing Authority will be supplemented with $72,000 in loans <br />and grants from the Farmers Home Administration. <br />This program requires no additional County funds. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously authorized <br />the Chairman to execute the Award Agreement for <br />submission to Department of Community Affairs, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />PARTIALLY EXECUTED COPY OF GRANT AWARD AGREEMENT <br />IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />PUBLIC HEARING - RALPH L. EVANS. TRUSTEE, AND OTHERS REQUEST TO <br />REZONE APPROXIMATELY 115 ACRES FROM IL AND A-1 TO CG <br />Commissioner Bird announced a conflict of interest and filed <br />the necessary form with the Clerk's office.
