This is based upon a level of <br />service of 250 gallons/ERU/day. The subject property will be <br />serviced by the South County Reverse Osmosis Plant. This plant has <br />a remaining capacity of approximately 2,400,000 gallons/day and can <br />accommodate the additional demand generated by the proposed zoning <br />district. <br />- Wastewater <br />The subject property will be serviced by the West County Wastewater <br />Plant. Based upon the most intense use allowed under the proposed <br />zoning district, development of the property will have a wastewater <br />generation rate of approximately 16.5 Equivalent Residential Units <br />(ERUs), or 4,125 gallons/day.
