M <br />ORDINANCE 94- 6 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, TRANSFERRING CHAPTER 139 ARTICLE <br />II - SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL TO CHAPTER 204 OF <br />THE 1990 EDITION OF THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />CODE. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County is in the process of transition <br />from the 1974 edition of the Code of Ordinances to the 1990 edition of <br />the Code of Ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, this change is the final chapter in the transition and is <br />editorial in nature, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, that: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. <br />Article II of Chapter 13 of the 1974 edition to the Code of <br />Ordinances is hereby transferred to Chapter 204 of the 1990 edition of <br />the Code of Ordinances as set forth in Appendix "A" to this ordinance. <br />SECTION 2. REPEAL. <br />Article II of Chapter 13 of the 1974 edition of the Code of <br />Ordinances and any and all remaining parts, sections or chapters of <br />said code, if any, are hereby repealed. <br />QT. rTTf%?J R 0%[7171D A IITT TTV <br />If any section, or any sentence, paragraph, phrase, or word of <br />this ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional. <br />inoperative, or void, such holding shall not affect the remaining <br />portions of this ordinance, and it shall be construed to have been the <br />legislative intent to pass the ordinance without such unconstitutional, <br />invalid or inoperative part. <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />This ordinance shall become effective upon becoming law. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian, River County, Florida, on this Z?nd day of March , 1994. <br />41 <br />MAR 22BooK�.
