He explained that a newly <br />constructed dune crossover must meet all the requirements of the <br />Americans with Disabilities Act, which adds to the cost, and they <br />thought it better to eliminate an additional dune crossover while <br />still making the beach accessible to pedestrian traffic. <br />Commissioner Eggert remarked that it is better to have fewer <br />dune crossovers. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved <br />the modification to the original plan regarding <br />beach access by deleting the crossover and <br />connecting a marl path to the existing County <br />crossover as proposed by Robert J.
