Davis, P.E., <br />Public Works Director <br />SUBJECT: Professional Engineering Services Agreement - <br />66th Avenue Roadway & Drainage Improvements <br />DATE: March 16, 1994 FILE: 48.AGN <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />s As approved by the Board in December, 1993, staff has negotiated <br />the attached engineering services agreement with Carter <br />Associates, Inc., Vero Beach, which provides for professional <br />engineering and related services described as roadway and drainage <br />improvements to 66th Avenue between 5th Street SW and 4th Street W <br />for a not to exceed fee of $25,460. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends authorization for the Chairman to execute the <br />attached agreement. Funding to be from Road Impact Fee funds. <br />
